Flat Rent ($650/month)
OPTION B
70/30 Split with a Cap of $850/month
GUEST SPOTS

What We’re Looking For
Strong artistic ability and love for creative expression
A solid portfolio that showcases your style (tattoo or piercing work)
Valid DSPS License (or willingness to obtain - training/licensing support available)
What We Provide
WORKSTATION
A clean, licensed workstation (including client chair, artist chair, lighting, and tray).
ON-SITE SUPPLY ACCESS
Bi-weekly visits from a professional mobile distributor, allowing artists to restock needles, inks, and products right inside the shop.
MARKETING
General shop marketing, brand promotion, and inclusion in shop events.
SHOP DISPOSABLES
Standard shop supplies including paper towels, distilled water, green soap, surface disinfectant (Madacide or equivalent), and sharps containers.
ADDITIONALLY
Artists in charge of their own scheduling
Transparent and flexible pay options
Optional scheduling support through an online booking system
Opportunities for artists to lead their own apprenticeship programs
